Materials -
1. Melted chocolate in a double boiler 1/3 cup
2. Cocoa powder 1 cup
3. Powdered milk 2 cups
4. Two and a half cups of water
5. Cornflower 1 tablespoon
6. Sugar 1/4 cup
7. Cream 1 tin
8. Melted gelatin 1 tablespoon
9. CMC powder rolled 1 tablespoon
10. Liquid glucose 1 teaspoon
11. 2 egg whites

Vanilla Ice Cream -
Materials -
1. Heavy cream 200 ml
2. Condensed milk half a cup (you can reduce or increase the amount on sweeter)
3. Half a teaspoon of vanilla essence

4. Half a cup of condensed milk
5. Half a teaspoon of vanilla essence

Materials:
1. 4 cups of water
2. Sugar 1 cup
3. Green mango juice 6 tablespoons
4. Half a teaspoon of salt
5. Mango essence 7-8 drops
